Every workout counts

Every activity you share through the app automatically lands in your stats. Your heatmap shows week by week how active you've been: the darker the square, the more happened. You see at a glance whether you're on a strong streak – or whether it's time to start an activity again.

This is what consistency looks like: your last months of training as a heatmap.

Motivation through visibility – not comparison

You can also see your friends' stats. This is deliberately not a ranking and not a leaderboard: there are no calories, no weights, no personal bests. Just the simple, honest answer to "how often were you active?" – which motivates surprisingly well without building pressure.

Your public profile

In addition to the app, every person has a public online profile at train-with.me/u/yourname. Your unique username is your address. Share the link with anyone you like – your profile shows your activity over time and turns your sport into something to be proud of.

Streak psychology: once you've built a visible streak, you don't want to break it. The heatmap uses this effect for the only thing that matters – training regularly.
